How to Apply for a Grant

  1. Read about our Grantmaking Programs to see if your project falls within our mission and priorities.
  2. Review our General Guidelines to determine if your project and organization meets our eligibility requirements and to better understand the key questions we ask when evaluating a proposal.
  3. Complete the Contact Form to tell us about your project, ask questions and have our staff help you assess if your project meets all essential criteria.
  4. If your project falls within our Programs and Guidelines, submit a complete application following the instructions on the Application Checklist.   

Inquiry Forms are accepted at any time.  
Applications are only accepted on March 1 of each year.  
Awards are announced the following June.
