Complete the Contact Form to tell us about your project, ask questions and have our staff help you assess if your project meets all essential criteria.
If your project falls within our Programs and Guidelines, submit a complete application following the instructions on the Application Checklist.

2023 applications are now closed.
2024 applications should be postmarked by March 1, 2024.
Awards are announced the following July.
